After trying our service, our clients that used to have a hard time sticking with an exercise program realize that it wasnt the exercise that was burdensome, rather all the difficulty surrounding the workout: getting to a club, packing a bag, bundling up, fighting traffic, full parking lots etc

Our philosophy on personal training is multi faceted. First and foremost we want our clients to feel and recognize the difference between working out on their own and working out with a personal trainer. In other words were not interested in being professional repetition counters! We challenge and educate our clients every workout so they can truly understand what were trying to accomplish and why. We give clients workouts that are not only challenging but also more interesting.
That brings us to our second personal training goal; we want our clients to have fun! Well admit exercise can be pretty boring if you dont know how to switch it up a little and let loose now and then. Example: If the weather is nice (or not) and you're up to it well meet you at the local park and run you through some fun exercises using our creativity and imaginations that will have you saying Wow I havent felt that way since I was a kid at recess! Lifes too short to do things you dont enjoy especially during your free time so give us a chance to prove to you exercise can be fun.

Another important component our trainers take pride in is making personal training personal. Well provide you with the highest level of customer service. Blizzard, thunderstorm, sleet and ice well still deliver. We risk the elements so you dont have to. We always take into consideration your personal health history, exercise history, hobbies and activities, goals, and needs. Then we customize a plan specific to our findings. Whether that means helping you drop some unwanted weight, training you to be better at a recreational sport, preparing you for a surgery, or rehabbing you after one we make it specific to you. Every situation is different, what works for one person may not work for the next. We realize this and thats why we dont just develop cookie cutter programs but customize each workout each time we meet. Its our job to find out what works for you and when we do youll be amazed at the results you can achieve!
Educated and Experienced
When looking for a personal trainer you want someone highly educated and experienced. Not just one or the other. Unfortunately many clubs hire trainers who have little-to-no education or experience in the areas of health and fitness. At Mobile gym you dont have to worry about your trainers credentials, weve already taken care of that through our meticulous hiring process. All of our trainers have a four-year degree in a health and fitness related field and have ample experience in many situations. On top of that, they are great people who really care about their clients and put their skills to work everyday to help them achieve their goals.
